So what is a Landcheck anyway?

Landcheck is an easy and affordable way of accessing crucial natural hazard risk information about any property in Auckland (and eventually NZ). The data is collected and aggregated from diverse public information and is neatly summarized into an easy-to-read PDF report.

This information helps kiwi buyers make better, more informed decisions about the property they buy, making it easier to avoid purchasing a liability. Before the advent of Landcheck, the only way to access this information was through complex LIM reports and council hazard portals, or by engaging natural hazard experts to undertake costly site-specific assessments.

Now all you need to do is search your desired address and pay a small fee to have natural hazard risk information at your fingertips within a couple of seconds.
